Hey everyone! Today, I’m out on the first ice fishing trip of the season here in the lower slopes of the Canadian Rockies with my good buddy Brady, at one of Alberta’s top early ice spots. We’re chasing brook trout, and while we’re seeing more fish than we’re catching, we definitely would not go home hungry if we were harvesting! I’ve already covered all the gear we’re using in a previous video, so today’s all about the thrill of the catch, some early-season tips, and just enjoying the adventure.
