Yhwach was a being of incredible power, thus I’ll go into the many stages of his defeat to break down how is defeat fulfilled the arcs of so many characters in Bleach.

Slight correction clarification: While you could read ‘the monitoring of Deputy Soul Reapers remained in a state of stillness’ as literal, with the connection to the badge being paused, I actually misremembered how that matter was resolved, thinking that they didn’t change their system but left it because they trust each other. Ichigo of course can still be monitored, but rather than pure stillness its more of a blend than my reading insinuates, so I wanted to make sure that was clear.
