Chief Colton L. Buckley is back On the Conservation Trail, this time in his home state of Texas, which leads the nation in cattle, cotton and wool production.
His first stop was at the Clarendon Field Office, where he met with local staff from NRCS and Donley County Soil and Water Conservation District. He engaged with staff to hear about the important local conservation work happing in the High Plains, as well as the opportunity to get direct feedback from staff on how they engage the next generation of agricultural producers.
