Paragnosia gameplay featuring a psychological horror game where paranormal entities are hiding throughout an ordinary apartment. Trapped inside a surveillance room, you must carefully watch every corner of your home, find strange anomalies, and photograph them before they can get to you.
Move your camera along a rail running through the apartment, rotate it 360 degrees, and search for anything that shouldn't be there. Each round introduces new anomalies, and missing them causes you to lose one of the locks protecting you from the entities. You have to survive eight consecutive rounds until 8 AM—but your battery is limited, making every observation count.
Paragnosia combines psychological horror, anomaly spotting, hidden-object gameplay, puzzle solving, and atmospheric first-person horror into a short but tense experience. With multiple endings and a playtime of roughly 45–180 minutes, it's designed to reward careful observation and repeated attempts.
