Obviously, much more still needs to be said, as much of religious thought and spirituality cannot simply be boiled down to nothing more than the natural emergence of conscience, the yearning for social justice, and process of psychological attunement. Points well-taken, but I would also add that much more needs to be said of the degree to which beliefs in an afterlife are part of the contemporary global climate change denial.
