So the only thing I have to compare to this is when I uninstalled and reinstalled the game Tower of Fantasy. All my settings always reset on that game when I would do that.
That said, I did NOT uninstall Genshin Impact and in that same week (or the week after), when Stygian rolled out, IT was also having a number of problems.
Hoyo devs really need to shape up...
After I made this video I found a ton of other things wrong as well but I mention it in my Luna 4 stream (part 6) so you can go to that stream VOD and just fast forward if you want to know more.
Also, sending a help ticket did nothing. They just told me to readjust everything which I already did. So they aren't even going to put in any effort into figuring out WHY this happened in the first place.
