This version of Humphrey's boss theme is slightly more bass or slightly less treble than the one in the original soundtrack. You hear this version in the game, while the one in the OST is exclusive to only the OST. I guess they gave it that bass to make it really blend with the atmosphere and the fact that you're inside a giant whale, fighting the giant whale.
