The Docks
This sound effect plays on loop in The Docks, a Black Space 2 subarea that is a hub full of many locations to explore. The Docks contains Hero's kitchen, Curropted Junkyard, Lost At Sea, Static Void, Red Maze, Mari Is Home, and Red Space itself. Many of these areas are explained in my other videos. Hero's kitchen is accessed by interacting with a pot right next to the entrance to The Docks. Next, the Static Void is more or less a graveyard for those who died in Headspace. You can find Ye Old Sprout here, he mentions how you killed him. You can also find various glitching and freaking out NPCs in this room. After a certain amount of time the room blacks out and the NPCs all transform into Mercis, a variant of Something you can fight in either the Abyss or Lost Library. Touching one sends you back to The Docks.
