This sound plays in the Keeper's room in the Hidden Dungeon in Sweetheart's Castle. The Keeper essentially is the one who "built" the castle for Sweetheart. She was once a poor doughnut from Orange Oasis who stumbled upon the Keeper. He then granted her wishes. She wished for people to adore her, the castle took form of her deepest desires, riches, and a stage to flex. If you come back here after Sweetheart is eaten by Humphrey, the Keeper will offer to make the castle yours. If you choose yes, it will turn into the Boring Room. It is a small room in which all of Sunny's family photos are hung up, and a big armchair is in the middle. There is also a glass sliding door and supposedly fresh air and birds chirping coming from "outside." Please note that if you choose to make the castle yours, all of Sweetheart's Castle will be destroyed and everything that you can access through it will be unobtainable.
