I stumbled across Olivier Franc playing 'Sweet Louisiana' when I was walking by the Notre Dame in Paris. There was a decent crowd, I watched them play for about half an hour.

I didn't actually realise who he was at the time, but the people of TikTok informed me that this guy is something of a jazz legend. I've watched tons of videos of him since then and I'm a huge fan now, his tone on that sax is incredible.
