This is a tap on the input of the delayline. This 101 is not working properly. in the beginning the machine does not react to presses on the reset button (the flashes) later the machine resets, but the contents of the memory changes with time and reset-presses. no other keys are pressed.
Note the building up of the bar later in the video. is the clock of the machine faulty? is there a clock?

Oscilloscope: PM3208, connected to gnd and the second pin of the delay line module as seen from the keyboard side of the machine. timebase: 10us/div. 2v/div ac coupled. no attenuation on the probe.
