Release of this beautiful OLIVER ORIGINAL song was delayed with the release of his last album titled "Lonely Days" in 2005, although he actually recorded it in 1984. The inability to release this last album due to contract issues pretty much sealed the deal of his exit from the music business. If you ever saw him live, this was a very popular one in his shows. The video enhances the message and meaning of this song beautifully. As a man who probably traveled a million miles over his lifetime, I'm sure this song hit home with him (or at least he sounded that way when he sang it live). Don McLean recorded this song on one of his albums and the songwriter is mistakenly attributed to McLean.
