Oliver Prill is the UK CEO of Tide, a mobile first banking service. Tide helps businesses with their accounts, and Prill has been the CEO since 2018. Prior to that, he worked at McKinsey, the Royal Bank of Scotland, and the German credit-counseling service Optanus.
In this video, Prill explains how Tide wants to empower small business owners and medium enterprises to have more power and agency over their financial dealings, in addition to giving them the right tools to focus on their work.
