What's up gals & pals? Sours are a favorite category of mine and using olive oil on pretty much anything is kinda an addiction for me. lol. So when I found a cocktail that combined the two, I know I had to make it. Hope you enjoy. Cheers!

OLIVE OIL SOUR
Recipe by Lorenzo Antinori at Bar Leone in Hong Kong
.50 oz (15 ml) Lemon Juice
.50 oz (15 ml) Honey Syrup (3:1)
⅓ oz (10 ml) Oloroso Sherry
⅔ oz (20 ml) Brandy
1 oz (30 ml) Bourbon
1 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Egg White
Dry shake then wet shake
Strain into cocktail glass
Garnish w/fresh nutmeg
Enjoy Responsibly!
