OLIVE OIL SOUR
Recipe by Lorenzo Antinori at Bar Leone in Hong Kong
.50 oz (15 ml) Lemon Juice
.50 oz (15 ml) Honey Syrup (3:1)
⅓ oz (10 ml) Oloroso Sherry
⅔ oz (20 ml) Brandy
1 oz (30 ml) Bourbon
1 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Egg White
Dry shake then wet shake
Strain into cocktail glass
Garnish w/fresh nutmeg
