Ever since I was a kid and played my beloved Ruby, I wondered why and how exactly this well known glitch happens.
Wonder no more - I finally took some time and investigated the issue and was even able to fix it myself.
Big thanks to everybody in the ROM Hacking community who helped me understand how the game's code works.
