Yes, you read it correctly. Caddy pushed the Nintendo Switch Lite to breaking point. I tested out every aspect of Nintendo’s brand new Nintendo Switch Lite - the thinner, smaller and lighter version of the original Nintendo Switch. This video is a comparison - a Switch vs Switch Lite (or Switch Lite vs Switch) video, if you will. I test out the system alongside the original Switch with it out of the dock, since the Switch Lite can’t connect to TV’s, and managed to get around to a performance comparison, speed comparison, charge comparison, sleep comparison, sound comparison, battery life comparison - all the pros and cons. Should I buy the Nintendo Switch Lite? Hopefully this video will answer that for you. That’s not all though - along with a Switch Lite review, there’s also an Untitled Goose Game review AND a Legend of Zelda Link’s Awakening review. The Link’s Awakening remake, that is. For the Switch. Yeah. So this Caddicarus is more or less a 3-in-one. Hope you like it. I also wear a goose mask and ruin my dog’s day.

Breakout was a classic arcade game from 1976, developed and published by Atari. After following up the success with a home console port on the Atari 2600 with Breakout Atari and then Super Breakout, this style of arcade game, much like Pacman, Space Invaders, Defender and Frogger, began seeing a LOT of imitators as well as ports. Arkanoid NES, Arkanoid Doh It Again SNES, and countless others took the gameplay style of Breakout and evolved it - but in the case of Atari - they thought the next best thing to affect the Breakout brand positively was in a remake. A 3D remake. A 32bit PS1 remake. Breakout PS1. Yeah, it happened - and the paddles have eyes now. This Breakout PS1 review was recorded via ePSXe (because ya know, NTSC vs PAL), and Breakout PS1 gameplay was captured via Nvidia Shadowplay at 1080p 60fps. Sorry to go technical but I really don’t know what else to say. It’s Breakout. On PlayStation. OH, I forgot to talk about the Breakout PS1 OST in this video, didn’t I? It’s okay. Works for a Breakout remake. But again, it’s a PS1 remake. OF BREAKOUT. WHAT MORE CA I SAY?!

Klonoa: Door to Phantomile was released in very late 1997 in Japan for the PlayStation and in the opinion of Caddy is one of the best platformers on the PS1 - actually, maybe one of the best platforming games, period. Full of originality, charm, smooth difficulty and 2.5D aplenty - this Klonoa review will go through Klonoa gameplay from the start to the ending, but not in a walkthrough fashion (I WON’T TELL YOU THIS GAME’S SECRETS). Yes, including the sadness of the ending, not just the epic final boss. I also can’t pronounce the game to save my life - Door to Phantomile? That subtitle alone must have put people off Klonoa and therefore turned the game into a cult classic, and also must have been the reason why that subtitle was dropped for the Nintendo Wii remake. Yes, Klonoa Wii. Who’d have thought it. I haven’t played Klonoa Wii so a review of that won’t be for a while, if at all, but I’ve heard it’s okay. Give me the PS version any day of the week - and in case you were wondering - yeah, Klonoa didn’t appear on the PS Classic for some bizarre reason, but it is available for PS Vita, PSP and PS3 with the digital version on the PS Store. The gameplay from this video wasn’t taken from the PS Network version though and was instead emulated with ePSXe and recorded with NVidia Shadowplay - giving the brilliant sprite work the vibrance it deserves and crispness that was previously NOT seen in my original Caddicarus episode because I captured it with a Hauppauge HD PVR and it looked pretty mediocre. Klonoa remake? Well try Caddicarus remake. Yeah. Now in even better HD. This episode is a redo as well as anything else.
