In this old video, I complete Aquatic Mine's hard mode in a time that was a world record as of its creation.
The ceiling clip trick is put to use again, taking over 6 seconds off my previous run here, which didn't use it. There are actually two ceiling clips: one to get across the Chao corridor and pick up piece 1 quickly, and another on my way back so that I enter free-roam mode and can head over to piece 2 without worrying about walls or the slow speed of swimming.
