This track plays and unlocks in the Revenant Caves which can be entered by 3 entrances in the Wilderness:
Level 17 Wilderness — east of the Dark Warriors' Fortress.
Level 26 Wilderness — north of the Bandit Camp.
Level 40 Wilderness — south-east of the Lava Maze.

The track also could be heard in the Wilderness Slayer Cave for the first two weeks of its release. This was replaced with A Dangerous Game on 5 November 2020.

The Wilderness Slayer Cave can be entered with these 2 entrances:
Level 18 Wilderness — west of Larran's small chest (Which can be found north-east of the Chaos Temple)
Level 29 Wilderness — west of Venenatis' nest (Located east of the Bone Yard)

The Wilderness is the north-eastern part of Gielinor (the world of RuneScape). Located north of Edgeville, Varrock, Ice Mountain, Falador and Goblin Village.
