PLEASE NOTE: 1) DO NOT GO OVER THE EASTERN BRIDGE IMMEDIATELY AFTER KILLING THE ICE TROLL KING!!! At around 14:16 in the guide I say in the commentary to go over the east bridge, but I meant to say go over the *NORTH* bridge. MAKE SURE YOU GO OVER THE NORTH BRIDGE (very sorry about that mistake).
2) Do not attempt to use Ranged against the Ice Troll King (final boss in this quest) it does not damage it at all. I have annotated this a few times at the beginning of the guide, sorry about missing that in the guide itself! :( - credit to Rymden2 for pointing this out!
3) 40 Agility is currently not required! You can right click and select the "repair" option to cross the bridge that would of otherwise required 40 Agility to cross. Credit to YT: DomeezlyGWAPZ for confirming this!
4) If you are not 56 Woodcutting you must bring 8 *SPLIT LOGS* instead of 8 Arctic Pine logs, split logs are just Arctic Pine logs after they have been split this allows you to dodge the 56 Woodcutting requirement.

- Must have completed The Fremennik Trials quest
- 20 Construction
- 40 Agility (boostable) [summers pie] NOTE: This Agility level is not actually required, you can currently cross the bridges by selecting the "repair" option which you can do at any Agility level. Credit to YT: DomeezlyGWAPZ for confirming this!
- 46 Crafting (boostable) [spicey stew]
- 56 Woodcutting (not actually required for the quest if you buy the round shield and the split logs from other players)
- Able to defeat a level 122 troll
Items required:
- 1 raw tuna (can be obtained during quest but will need harpoon)
- 9 rope (can be obtained during quest, 8 if not making round shield yourself)
- 1 bronze nail (if making the fremennik round shield yourself)
- 1 woodcutting axe (if you are 56+ woodcutting)
- 1 hammer
- 2 thread AND 1 needle (to make yak hide armour, can be obtained during quest)
- 1 knife (can be obtained during quest)

NOTE: (THIS METHOD NO LONGER WORKS - I have decided for the guide to remain uploaded so that people understand how it was done, this method was used for MANY players in-game to achieve 94/99 magic and think it is of historical importance!). This has now been NERFED, runes have been removed unless you are fighting the three quest bosses that actually require different combat spells to be cast, more information can be found in at the bottom of the video description!
PLEASE NOTE: As of Friday 14th February the 6hr log has been patched to now log you out even if you are still in combat so unfortunately you will not be able to use this method for trips longer than 6hours! ALSO NOTE: Family Crest and Horror from the Deep Quests are also required (these enable infinite runes to spawn in the dream!) - apologies for these not being listed in the video, I only found out about them being required after it had been uploaded :(

I tried my best to get this finished ASAP keeping in mind this method of training at NMZ could be nerfed in the not too distant future so it may be a little rough around the edges but hopefully it carries the main idea across!

Weve just released a patch to NMZ regarding the equipment it supplies. Heres what we wrote in the dev blogs before the game was launched:
To get around it, the game will supply critical items that you need for the fight. For example, itll supply anti-dragon shields if youre due to meet Elvarg, secateurs if youre due to meet the Tanglefoot, a suitable pickaxe if youre due to meet the Slagilith, some death runes and elemental runes if youre due to meet Chronozon, etc.
However, theres been a long-standing bug whereby a Rumble dram would sometimes supply equipment that you didnt need for the bosses in that dream. It depended partly on the order in which players entered the dream.
This has now been fixed, so the minigame supplies equipment for the monsters that can actually appear in the dream. Runes are therefore supplied only if youre due to face the Dagannoth Mother, Gelatinnoth Mother or Chronozon. Anything else should be killable without specific runes.
To make this work, the equipment wont appear until the partys finished assembling. Weve therefore slightly increased the time youve got before the monsters start spawning so that you have ample time to equip yourselves.
Although this bugs been around for months, we simply havent seen it come through on the form in the Report Bugs Here thread. Please dont forget to use that thread to bring bugs to our attention - we wont always spot the message if you post them elsewhere.
