PLEASE NOTE: 70 COOKING IS INFACT BOOSTABLE, I MADE A MISTAKE WITH THAT :/, the highest possible boost is from level 64 Cooking with +6 from an orange spicey stew. However at LEAST 66 Cooking is reccomended and instead boosted with a Chef's delight OR 67 Cooking and boosted with an orange spicey stew. You would require 70 cooking minimum if you were attempting Quest Cape with no use of temporary boosts. This is a requirement for the Awowogei sub quest in Recipe for Disaster.

ALSO I KNOW I SPELT SPICY with and E in it! Really sorry about that too lol, kind of shattering to have spent alot of time on this then realise that but its not really something I can annotate out easily so my apologies :(
