There are a number of themes that crop up again and again in old school boxing books, but every now and again you come across a justification for doing boxing that is a little unusual.
This is one of those.
It was interesting to see how many people actually read the description of the last video I posted, I genuinely didn't think anyone did. Anyway, I'm starting to post more short form stuff over on instagram reels. I may even start a tiktok account to try and get a few more people interested in the sort of thing we talk about here. I figure if I don't put the effort into trying to grow my subscriber list I can't complain for not having many.
So what this actually boils down to is that if you are on Instagram, go check me out and follow me there. You may see something interesting, and not just a photo of my dinner...
