This was made with the Cubicomp Vertigo package, one of the first 3D animation and modeling packages for SGI workstations. The KRPV logo animated at the end was outputted from a Quantel Paintbox and inputted into an Abekas A-53D digital video effects system to make the zooming-out animation.
