This is an old video. I have finished this midi feature for my new program gbs2midi: github.com/Thysbelon/gbs2midi
A demonstration of what gbs2fur's midi export mode is capable of, using the music plugin PAPU.
Kirby's Dream Land 2 is an example of a game boy soundtrack that makes such heavy use of staccato and extremely fast duty cycle changes that a tracker format can never accurately recreate it (while still being readable). Using midi can solve these issues.
In this video, I use PAPU for my demonstration, but it's not a perfect fit for what I'm trying to do. I will likely have to create a game boy music plugin for this purpose. Any help in making a plugin like this would be appreciated.
