The plug-in was updated to not duplicate textures (reason for why no alternate hands in the video) and to not restrict textures to 32x32.

Because the textures are imported out of Toad's Tool 64's range, in order to change Bowsers eyes you'll have to create a texture pack and load that through a plug-in like Rice Video.
Quad64 however can edit imported textures, so editing Bowser's eyes is easy for that version of the patch which is what the Magenta Screen patch is compatible with.

Simply apply the patch to a clean SM64 rom that has been opened with the SM64 Editor 2.0.6. Opening with 2.2 or 2.2.3 will corrupt Tiny Huge Island.
