I learned about this back in 2015 while reading blogs about Balmain's fall fashion show. Artist Tom Pecheux created something legendary for this time period and I’ve remembered it all these years since.
What do you think? Do you love it or hate it?
**TIP: This really only works for dry to normal skin types. For oily skin/combination, it may feel too greasy as the day goes on.
