On this video we fire up the Oklahoma Joe's Bronco Pro and hang some chicken halves! This grill again performed flawlessly in the cold and snow and I'm pretty positive this grill might be as weather proof as they come! I've been hanging chicken for years and the Bronco Pro did not disappoint! I decided to keep the baffle plate in to see how they came out and this will be my go to method of hanging chickens on this grill going forward! I used a combination of regular Kingsford and a big chunk of applewood for fuel and I used my homemade rub. Total cook time was in between 2 to 2.5 hours and I ran the pit right around 250F to 275F the whole cook! 🍻🍻
