Lucy from cyberpunk edge runners came to guilty gear strive as a dlc character in season 4 of ggst. The Lucy gameplay shows she can be a decent character in the right hands. Those right hands are Patachu who often shows up in high level guilty gear replays. Patachu was the guy to watch on SaltyEU and it had me wondering, is Lucy stronger than we thought in the current meta. Should she be bumped up on the tier lists?
