Ari and friends find the last Tiny Gear and return to the engineer/gear man in Pos Pos Snowfield. He not only gives Ari the Sword of Gear, but tells them that he created the joke "The Tortoise and the Pebble" to make fun of a man. However, this man erased the punchline, but people still laugh anyway because it's classified as a joke.
Note: If you put two and two together, you'll know what man he was making fun of.
