The OjO Scooter. I saw this at CES 2017. It's bike lane-friendly and offers zero emissions. Now I didn't get to ride one, but I did get stats from the company. Accelerate up to 20 MPH and can go 25 miles on a single charge. It supports up to 300+ pounds. Requires no license. There's an onboard battery and patented charger with retractable cord and plug you'll see in the video. Basically riders can charge the scooter at any standard 110V wall outlet.
