Strat:
Alicianrone can instantly use their hyper with joker + card shark and if a 6 is rolled they can, in theory, deal all the boss's health. In practice, you won't hit the 1/3 warp move into 1/6 roll back onto the warp panel the around 6 times in order to win without battle turn 1 (1/18 ^ 6 chance). You would also need the top position optimally to reduce warp loop by 1.
The rest of the deck is draw power and party time to group up the CPUs to try to win through brute atk power. Tomomo is the CPU used here because of the high atk, hp, and global nuke hyper.
Notes:
This particular run wasn't the ideal. Especially the CPU trolling at the end and not using the hyper. Not only that, but technically you can get 3 slices with the hyper if you start at the top and hit a single 1/3 warp move (but its pretty rare). I feel the strat, however, is likely the fastest strategy that exists currently for this boss. It can also work well for star devourer, but I reset about 1300 times and did not get that one yet (a 2 chapter KO by killing Big Poppo twice).
