Baltimore City's inspector general said her latest report marks the latest example of culture problems at the city's Department of Public Works. In July, Baltimore City Inspector General Isabel Cumming released two reports that detailed concerns about the working conditions at city-run sanitation facilities. In August, DPW sanitation worker Ronald Silver II died on the job from heat-related causes. The OIG's new report released Tuesday focused on health care issues and reviewed DPW's Bureau of Solid Waste.
