This demo showcases how Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) brings Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) directly into the integration platform, enabling organizations to transform enterprise knowledge into actionable intelligence without building and managing a separate RAG infrastructure.
The value extends beyond traditional RAG implementations. Because OIC capabilities can be exposed through the Model Context Protocol (MCP), it becomes a reusable enterprise tool that can be invoked not only by OIC Agents but also by external AI assistants, agent frameworks, and MCP-compatible platforms
In this demonstration, an OIC Integration invokes an AI Agent that leverages the built-in RAG Search Tool to retrieve information from an enterprise HVAC knowledge base, synthesize operational guidance, and return a grounded recommendation.
