I really like how this series of missions play into each other. You can completely ignore this mission and the one before it and head straight to Mt. Ithaca if you want. However, since we did the previous mission we have an advantage in this one. And completing this mission will also make changes in the next mission, including letting us get a new ally that otherwise would not join us.
