Dr. Patricia Jo Holm is the Ogle County Animal Control Administrator and owner of Auburn Animal Clinic in Rockford, IL. Despite her titles as someone in charge of the health and well-being of so many innocent animals, she seems more determined to ignore the abuse and show worthless gestures with worthless employees.
