Ogden residents faced the city council and asked city leaders questions after an incident last week involving an Ogden police officer and an Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent.
Residents raised concerns during Tuesday’s city council meeting, asking whether the city and its police department have a policy governing how officers interact with ICE.
Some residents, including Kim Haslam, said they have been asking city and police officials for a clear policy for months. The recent incident involving an ICE arrest has heightened those concerns.
