I actually did decide to declutter the MBM cream shadow, the fading really bothers me. I know that i will reach for my Merit cream shadow over this one because it performs better on my eyelids. Also i noticed that the stain was clinging to the dryness on the inside of my lips...that has never happened before lol I think it's just because i had been talking for like 40 minutes before i applied it. @makeupbymario Cream Eyeshadow Megans Makeup Musings 2025-07-18 | I am demoing the shade chestnut. This product has a mousse texture and it blends out effortlessly, it wasn’t patchy at all. It dries down matte as it claims too which may not be flattering on more textured lids. This didn’t feel drying or uncomfortable though. However throughout the day I did notice pretty significant fading in my crease. (I did prime my eyes) So while this was nice to work with and looked beautiful, it wasn’t the most long wearing in my experience. I saw fading after about 4 hours. So if you have hooded eyes you may also wanna skip this. While this did fade, I didn’t experience any creasing which I think is worth mentioning. I found this product to layer nicely with its self and with other products. It honestly has a lot of great qualities, I just don’t know if I can get past the fading. If I use a shimmer or something over the top then you don’t notice it but if I wear it matte, as intended, you can. I enjoy this but I’m not in love with it as of right now. I think this product will come down to the texture and shape of your lids as well as your preference on longevity. I would def look for some more wear time reviews. NEW Lip Contour Stains from @Hudabeauty 💕 Megans Makeup Musings 2025-07-11 | The New @hudabeauty Lip Contour Stains are getting a lot of hype, for good reason 😮💨✨ Lip Contour Stain: I’m demoing the shade Rich Brown. I find these blend best when I just rub my lips together after application. You do have to work quick because they dry down, I’ve found this method to be the most effective and efficient. I can easily get 8-10 hours out of this stain depending on what I’ve ate/drank that day. I feel like the stain applies evenly + doesn’t sink into my lines. To be frank, I love these stains and use them almost daily, they have completely changed the liner game! ✨Jelly Lip Oil: I’m demoing the shade Juicy 🍑. These all have a pretty strong fruity scent so I wanted to make sure to mention that in case you’re sensitive. This formula is unique imo, at first I wasn’t sure if I like it. It glides on easily and is soooo shinny, which I love. It was the texture that was initially a bit weird to me but with time I got used to it, I was worried it would freak me out 😂 if you’re sensitive to textures then you know what I mean lol. This only stays shinny for about an hour before drying down, which is longer than my other lip oils. These having been living in my bag, work desk, and makeup vanity!
