When you go to the Pokémon X & Y eShop page on your 3DS and go to the second-to-last video entitled "Pokémon X & Pokémon Y Video", you'll notice that instead of the usual title screen music from X & Y, a remastered Red and Blue title screen theme will play. This is the HQ version without the SFX and voiceovers.

This is a recreation, but it was so basic that I got it down to a tee. Check it out on the eShop for yourself.
