Shortly after 1:20, you hear someone (POLICE) say "Burn it down". Another says "go get the gas". Another says "yea, burn it down". This is not the way any police force is supposed to handle this situation, and definitely not standard procedure. The battle ended in flames, and it should of ended with Dorner in custody (unlikely) or Dorner shot and killed. Fire! WTF!
