In this tutorial, we will teach you how to convert in cloud user to synced with active directory

Details steps:
.Create the Cloud user account with the default .onmicrosoft.com Domain
.Go to your Active Directory and create the AD Account of the same user with your custom Domain (keep user in NON SYNC OU)
.Open Active Directory Powershell and run Get-ADuser "User" | fl objectguid and copy the guid of the user
.Refer article gallery.technet.microsoft.com/office/Immutableid-Hard-Match-in-d3518b08
.Download the Zip file and use the converter to convert guid to Immutable ID
.Copy the immutable id and save it
.Download and install microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=28177
.Open powerhsell and run the commands
.Install-Module Msonline
.Import-Module MSonline
.Connect-Msolservice and connect with your admin account
.Now run the command Set-Msoluser -UserprincipalName "account.onmicrosoft.com" -ImmutableID "Immutable id that you converted"
.Open AD connect and now sync that user use the custom syncronization option in AD Connect
