Offertoire III “La St. Louis” by Michel Corrette (1707–1795), performed as a postlude on church organ. Composed in 1766 as part of Corrette’s 12 Offertoires “à l’usage des dames religieuses” — dedicated to the religious orders of Paris — this piece showcases the bright, ornamented style of French Baroque organ writing.
A striking postlude choice for its energy and Baroque colour.
