In this video Aorn, Ananda and I take you to Huai Yot in Trang, Thailand for a huge food tour of Trang restaurants and street food. It is said that in Trang the food is so good that the locals there eat 9 times per day! We went exploring in Huai Yot, an old town in Trang where some of the famous Trang food originated from.

The market is also home to a number of bars and restaurants. If you are in Khao Lak, Bang Niang Market is definitely worth a visit.
