In this video I show the steps I am taking in preparation for my first shipment of LiFePO4 batteries to show up in two weeks. This means I had to remove a handfull of the old lead acid batteries, however I did need to get the strongest batteries left balanced and hooked up in order to keep things up and running happily for the next couple of weeks until the new batteries show up.

Be sure to stay tuned for next week when I install these prismatic Lithium Iron Phosphate batteries.
