Odin is an eidolon used by Dagger learned from a Dark Matter. Dark Matter pops up for sale in the Treno Auction House after the party returns from the Outer Continent. Odin attempts to inflict instant death; if it misses, it will deal non-elemental damage to the enemy instead when the Odin's Sword support ability is equipped. Odin's Sword is learned from the Ancient Aroma add-on, found in the secret room of Ipsen's Castle by moving the pots counterclockwise. Both of Odin's attacks are better the more Ore the party currently has in their inventory.
