Chinatown has always been a place of equality and a place to celebrate Asian culture. It's a place where you went to feel safe, have fun, and most importantly eat some good food. But there is an alarming increase in people who view Chinatown and the Asian community as a target.

Ever since the COVID-19 outbreak, anti Asian rhetoric has had a devastating impact on Asian communities. That has only gotten worse over the course of the pandemic with increased micro aggressions, racial profiling, and at worst racial violence towards the Asian community. According to the Queens Chronicle reports of these racial attacks have increased by 1900% over the last year.

Help condemn the hate and support your local Chinatown through your own business and by donating to AAPI organizations. Whatever the amount, it will go a long way.
