Celebrating the completion of the Wii U's 2016 reimagining of 1997's Oddworld: Abe's Oddysee [New 'n' Tasty], I have decided to step away from Nintendo's classic music and compose what is THE game/Story of my Childhood. Not only is the story of Abe so empowering, but the character himself is so much more relatable to us than Mario or Sonic. Abe's story reflects the real-life consequences of hunting to extinction, capitalism and being beaten down by the big corporations which are corrupting our world. Not only has this game been a huge part of my childhood, it has helped me through the toughest of times, including many years of bullying from young age. I also possess a Tattoo on my back of the Oddworld Logo in tribal form, as well as having won the 'naming contest' for the remake to be released on PS4, Xbox One, PC and now Wii U.
