Having the #oddball sleeping in the drawer for quite some time, the recent firmware update finally opened it up for many more use cases (at least for me). Various gestures now send midi cc values over midi ble natively to any device, allowing to control all sorts of midi driven modulation with gestures like tapping, spinning, bouncing, air time, shaking. In this case, the first tap unmutes the drum track, spinning opens up the filter on the pad sounds and shaking cranks up both the vintage delay on the pads and controls the dictator slider in an instance of #turnado on the drums (#playbeat). Each tap triggers a random midi note for sequencing the pad sounds with #buttersynth, #speldosa and #zeeonsynth.
Besides, all this midi data from the ball is also modulation the visuals in real-time!
