Before 1.7 there were lots of technical blocks, also abtainable in a item form. Unforunately most of them were deleted. What odd items do we have remaining?
-1 Count Item command:
/blockdata ~ ~2 ~ {Items:[0:{id:"minecraft:mushroom_stew",Damage:0s,Count:-1b,Slot:0b}]}
make sure to place a dispenser 2 blocks above the commandblock
Potion command:
/give @p minecraft:potion 1 164XX {CustomPotionEffects:[]}
replace the XX with values from 01 to 64
