Have you ever asked yourself, "How come we still don't know anything about Shanks, including his last name?". Well, I think I solved something huge on him and there's plenty of evidence to back it up. I believe Shanks is in fact a former Celestial Dragon with the Will of D and it all ties back to Rocks D.
