Now that MotherVR for Alien Isolation supports Oculus Rift and HTC VIVE (and SteamVR devices), this new update adds supersampling, more reliable graphics settings and for a first I use its ability to disable the game's blinders. It's time to go and lose ourselves in a big ass space station and dance with Xenomorphs, all in far too believable virtual reality.

This episode of the Virtual Reality Holodeck was meant to be played using the Oculus Rift, but due to major issues with the runtimes on that end, we had to resort to the VIVE. Fortunately that method yielded a fun, challenging and complete playthrough of one of the games new levels. Looks like the original Descent devs really are bringing the feel back to life!")
