Get custom Beat Saber tracks and custom VRChat avatars! Use the awesome piece of software on your Windows machine called VRidge to stream PC VR games from Steam VR and Oculus (with Revive) to your Oculus Quest and have full controls.
The software is still new for the Quest but it's great to see it working and the bugs will be sorted over time I'm sure of that.
STEP BY STEP GUIDE:
1️⃣ VRidge costs €14.99, download and see the minimum specs for your PC here: riftcat.com/vridge
2️⃣ Install Steam VR: Open Steam and go to Library - Tools and install SteamVR from the list.
3️⃣ Download the Oculus Quest APK to your PC (it's like the game file for the VRidge app which you need on your Quest). go.riftcat.com/VRidgeQuestPreview
4️⃣ Install the 15 second ADB installer on your PC: forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2588979
5️⃣ Put your Oculus Quest into Developer mode, it's the same process as the Oculus Go: youtube.com/watch?v=tQQDyC2I0R0
6️⃣ Connect your Oculus Quest to your PC via USB (you may need a USB A to USB C cable if you don't have a USB port on your PC and use the Quests own cable).
7️⃣ Download and install ADBLINK: jocala.com
8️⃣ Run ADBLINK and accept the message in your Oculus Quest headset.
9️⃣ Then choose 'Install APK' on ADBLINK and choose the VRidge APK file we downloaded earlier.
Once it's installed, the app will be found under Unknown Sources in your Library on your Oculus Quest. Open the app.
🔟 On your PC open VRidge and click the Play button. Then you should see the Stream VR store in your Oculus Quest.
Enjoy.
IMPORTANT: Make sure your NVIDIA or AMD drivers are up to date. Download them from the websites, don't rely on Windows Update.
Do not start Steam VR first, start VRIDGE first and it'll open your Steam VR for you!
FYI, the haptic rumble isn't passed through, yet, hopefully it'll be added in future updates.
